Such A Find has assisted many individuals to executors of estates. We make it easy for everyone. People come to us for estate/moving sales for many reasons: death in the family, change of residency, to assisted living or just downsizing.

Let us get the most for your estate. We offer full estate sale liquidation from one item to an entire estate. We can sell just about anything that is legal and safe, antiques of all types, furniture, jewelry (fine and costume), clothing, tools, garden equipment, appliances, collectables and just plane junk! We offer Ebay Auction service for more unique or valuable items.

Our staff will come in and set up tables and any extra display cases that we will need. Then pull everything out of the cupboards, cabinets, closets and drawers so that all items can be seen. The items will be cleaned and appraised and priced before the sale. The prices are based on our 30 years of combined experience. We work to get you the most amount that we can. After the estate sale is over we remove all debri and leave the house broom clean.

There is no up front fee. The client receives an itemized statement of items sold and we charge a flat percentage of 30%. This cost is deducted from the proceeds.
